TAGU has accomplished the project for two new berths in Montego Bay Freeport Jamaica.

A contract for design, construction and extension of ports was awarded to TAGU in May 2018. This project is not only made for the expansion of Berth 2, which is used for the well-known cruise liners, but the design and construction of a brand-new port, Berth 1, for general cargo and LNG.

Furthermore, the outfitting of the new berths with fenders, bollards and construction of 3 mooring dolphins (1,620 mm/per) have been part of the job.

We are glad to announce this successful finalized project was handed over to our client, the Port Authority of Jamaica in Kingston in June 2019.
