Description: TAGU has finalized an EPC project for 2 new berths in Montego Bay Freeport Jamaica. The client was the Port Authority of Jamaica in Kingston.
The contract has been awarded for Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction for extending the existing Berth 2 for Cruise Liners and new building of Berth 1 for general cargo and LNG. Furthermore, the outfitting of the new berthes with fenders and bollards and construction of 3 mooring dolphins has been part of the job. The successful finalized project was handed over to the Port Authority of Jamaica in June 2019.
